Property with Multiple Units

You can list a multi-unit property by creating separate residence entries with distinct pricing, photos, and details for each unit. This approach lets buyers compare units side-by-side and understand the full investment or occupancy potential of multi-family properties.

Each unit has its own Bedrooms and Bathrooms, so you can mark a unit as a Studio in the Bedrooms list. The unit's beds and baths, such as "Studio, 1 Bath" or "2 Beds, 1 Bath", show on its card in the Units section and on the unit's own page.
