CRIBFLYER offers flexible subscription plans for single property websites that allow you to add or remove sites as needed. Our plans are billed monthly with no long term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan anytime.
Our monthly plans are designed to give you the ability to remove or disable a website when the property sells and free up the space under your plan's quota to replace it with another property website.
Please note: Disabling or deleting a website does NOT automatically downgrade your subscription plan. This is because most of our customers immediately reuse the quota/space on their current plan to add new website(s) for new listings. If you don't intend to add a new website to replace one that was disabled or deleted you should go to the My Account > My Subscription Plan screen and downgrade to a less expensive plan if eligible based on your new usage.
The minimum charge to keep an account open which corresponds to our smallest plan (1 property site) is $9 per month.
We also give you the option to Pause your account for up to 60 days which stops all billing during that period. If you pause your account for 30 or 60 days please note that it will automatically restart billing when the pause period ends. If you need additional time you can reach out to CRIBFLYER customer support just before the pause period ends and request and extension.
Your subscription billing cycle is fixed to the day of the month you originally created your account. After that you'll be charged on the same day each month, or the closest business day if your billing day falls on a weekend or holiday.
Each month on your billing day our system charges you in advance for the upcoming period.
If you make changes to your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade) midway through your billing cycle nothing is billed at that time. Then on your next month's billing day the plan changes you made are prorated based on the number of days that remained in the prior billing period. If you downgraded your plan then a credit is calculated that reduces your next bill. If you upgraded your plan then our system collects the prorated difference based on the numbers of days you were on the higher plan in the last billing cycle and it also bills for the upcoming months charges. Your invoice will include extra line item(s) for these prorations.
